Also working on...
Plum Street Samplers' Mary's SAL 1. It's a free SAL on her blog. (There's a link to it in the 'blogs I read' below. Scroll down, on right-hand side.)
I've used 18ct mocha fabric from 123 Stitch and the GAST threads called for:
At least I am up-to-date on this one. Thank you Paulette for making it easy. :) Mary and Joseph were part 1. The sheep were part 2. The manger was part 3 and the angel was part 4. My speed: s-l-o-w. ;)

IHSW Part 2
Here's the progress I made over the weekend. You can compare pic to previous post. Didn't stitch as much as I wanted, but I did make some progress. :)

I picked the piece I am currently working on because I'm so far behind with it (SAL).

What I've been stitching
FINISH:
This is from Little House Needleworks "Rose Hill Plantation" © 2009
Finished 9/23/2013
Used HDF silk threads
I altered it a bit not using the large roses and replacing them with trees and also replaced the wording for my husband's family home in Mississippi. He was so touched. I have yet to get a frame for it.
WIP:
CCN's "Christmas Village" © 2012 (as you can see I am VERY behind lol)
DMC threads.
I got stuck on this one a bit - don't know why, but I am back to stitching it now. I believe it's because I found a beautiful red bell pull to put it on. Yes, I said bell pull. I think it's about 17.5 or 18 inches wide. :)
Well, thanks for stopping by,
Cathryn
